Insurance & Return/Cancellation Policy

Insurance

Sneak Boat offers an insurance option on all boats prior to completing purchase. Our insurance option is a one time payment of $299 and can be selected during the checkout process. The selected insurance covers damages not covered under our standard warranty. Any damages will be inspected by our production team at which then Sneak Boat will either repair or replace as needed. Insurance ends once claim is made and fulfilled at which point a new insurance would need to be purchased.

Claim Requirements

Customer must submit proof of purchase such as a purchase confirmation or receipt along with details describing the issue along with photos. Once the claim is submitted our team will review over it and then contact customer via phone or email within 3-5 business days from when the claim is submitted. All insurance claims need to be submitted via email provided here on our insurance and return policy page. Customer will be responsible for paying the shipping fee to have the damaged product shipped back to our facility. Once product is received by our production team repairs or replacement as needed will be handled within 5-10 business days and after completed will ship within 20-25 business days.

Returns

Sneak Boat has a 15 day return policy on all products to allow customers a refund option. In order to qualify for a refund all returned products must be in new condition and unused with no wear and tear damages or any signs of neglect or misuse to include the original packaging and wrapping protection. Customer will need to cover the shipping fee along with a 10% restocking fee. Once the product is received by our production team they will review it to ensure there is no damages visible on the product. Once the product has been verified returnable by our team Sneak Boat will then issue a refund within 5-10 business days minus the restocking fee.

Cancellation Orders

All orders canceled after the payment is processed will result in a 5% cancellation fee in order to cover all third parties handling payment processing.
